I thought you might find interesting the … things I noticed after today’s … Feldenkrais, since they all seemed related to the work we did. When I walked out of class (and still now, 6 hours later), I was breathing deeply from my diaphragm. I stop at times and pay attention to see if I’m forcing it, but it’s happening naturally. Since I normally breathe shallowly and my breath stops several times a minute (when I think of something), this is a welcome new feeling … Great class, thank you — see you next [week].
