I just wanted you to know that today’s lesson, though a bit out of the ordinary in terms of difficulty and complication, had an interesting and positive outcome for me…. [I]t’s such a new sensation that I wanted to share it with you: over the past few years, I’ve had an unusual tightness in my left thigh when hugging my knees up close to my chest (when I’m on my back). But after this morning’s session, that tightness disappeared. I just noticed it a few minutes ago and I thought I’d send this off to you, since it is such a surprise to me. As always, Feldenkrais works wonders in wondrous ways.
