Encinitas – The next series will focus on your back, neck, and hips and will begin May 29 and meet every Wednesday at 1:30 pm through June 26. These lessons are suitable for everyone.  Five classes for $70, plus City administrative fees.

Rancho Santa Fe – Classes are held at a private residence on La Noria, on the north side of old Rancho Santa Fe. Call 858-442-4809 for details. We meet at 9 am and the lessons last 50 – 60 minutes. Our next classes will be on June 22 and 29. Buy both classes for $35, or $20 to drop in to a single class. Bring a mat or blanket to lie on and a small towel or firm head prop. Escondido –  These lessons are suitable for everyone and it’s not necessary to be present for all of them. The next series will be offered through the Escondido Park and Rec Department and will be held at the Mathes Center, 247 S Kalmia St., next to the Escondido Library. Park in the library parking lot and enter through the door that faces the parking lot. The series will focus on back and hip comfort and will meet Tuesdays, May 28 through June 25 from 10:30-11:30 am. Cost is $65 for five classes. Valley Center – Thursday mornings at 10 am and Thursday evenings at 6 pm.  Two new series begin May 30, at 10 am and 6 pm. We will meet every Thursday for five weeks. $65 for the series or $15/class to drop in. All classes are held at 14682 Puma Trail, in the guest house. Get in touch ahead of time if you’ve never been to the studio, so you have directions. All mats and props provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
