If you’ve done Feldenkrais before, you know you feel good at the end of a lesson. Your mood may feel lighter, your breathing easier, your burdens less weighty. Yet many people think of Feldenkrais as an approach to pain management or performance improvement rather than something to do with emotions or mood.
Dr. Feldenkrais was very interested in emotional states and he wrote extensively about anxiety. Come take a deep dive into the many ways you can use movement to address stress and anxiety. This workshop is recommended for anyone who wants to feel well-organized and balanced. Feel free to call ahead (858-442-4809) or respond to this email with any questions.
All mats and props provided, as well as snacks. To reserve your space, send a check for $65, made out to A. Noone, with “Anxiety WS” on the memo line, to 14680 Puma Trl., Valley Center, CA 92082.
