Managing Anxiety Workshop

Rollo May said it precisely in his 1953 book “Man’s Search for Himself”: “This bewilderment – this confusion as to who we are and what we should do – is the most painful thing about anxiety. But the positive and hopeful side is that just as anxiety destroys our self-awareness, so awareness of ourselves can destroy anxiety.” The lessons included in this workshop heighten and sharpen awareness and provide take-away tools to manage stress and anxiety in everyday life.

The first lesson “Movements of Protection” is a bonus lesson that fits right in with this theme, but wasn’t taught at the original workshop.
