In Person 

Live classes are taught at the Safe Space (formerly Yoga Jones) 105 S. Oak St., Ventura, on Wednesdays at 10am.  The April 22nd class is canceled. Mats are provided but please bring whatever keeps you comfortable on the floor – blankets, towels, props, pillows. These classes will be appropriate for beginners. Pay in person at the Safe Space; first class free; subsequent classes $20. Discount packages are available.  

Class at Aikido of Santa Barbara, 121 N. Milpas St., Santa Barbara, is happening on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at 10am. Please bring a mat and whatever props you’d like. $15 for the class.

I teach occasionally at the Sacred Space in Ojai. Class is on Thursday at 4pm. There is a rotating roster of teachers. Please get in touch if you want to be there on a day I am teaching. $20 for a class.

Online – Classes are held on Zoom. The link is sent via email on the day of the class, usually at 7am PT. Go to the bottom of this page and sign up for the “Email Newsletter” to receive the morning email with the link for class.  

Classes are regularly held on Tuesdays at 10am PT and on Wednesday evening at 7 PT. No class on April 21 or 22. Pay using the form at the bottom of this page. Occasional bonus classes will be offered. Sign up for my newsletter to get email announcements about bonus classes one day in advance.

Group classes are sometimes recorded, but I delete the video portion of the recording immediately after the class. I do my best to record the audio only after participants are muted and the lesson has begun; I try to turn the recording off at the end of the instruction, before anyone speaks. By attending class, you consent to audio of the class being recorded and used by A. Noone Feldenkrais.
