Lengthening Heels & Arms

Recorded in class on October 11, 2014, this is a challenging lesson that produced a variety of benefits. The position can feel awkward, so take your time and do whatever you can to stay comfortable. Pace yourself and imagine some of the movements. When you finish the lesson and come to standing, be sure to look out on the horizon and feel the way your head naturally positions itself. Your upper back and shoulder girdle may also be re-organized.
