A Clock in Front of the Face is a lesson that provides a rare and important piece of movement exploration and education: discovering how your pelvis moves. Your pelvic girdle is a powerhouse of strong muscles and connections; any improvement in its function is going to have wide ranging effects.
There are many versions of this lesson. I like this one because of the subtle work with the head. Most of the lesson is done lying on the back, with your knees bent so that the bottom of your feet are on the floor. When you hear “bend your knees and stand your feet” the direction means to get into the position with the bottom of your feet on the floor.
This is a classic lesson that will improve walking, decrease back pain, and help with the organization of your neck and shoulders.
