Feldenkrais developed the Bell Hand Lesson late in his life and used the basic idea in many different ways. This is a small sample, recorded for a few students who were enthusiastic about exploring Awareness Through Movement Lessons to address anxiety. The movement in this lesson can be exquisite and the effects far-reaching and long-lasting.
