What can you change, using only your attention and the movement of your breathing? This is a fascinating lesson that may improve your posture, comfort – and breathing! Of course, your breathing can continue along without any attention, but expanding possibilities for movement in your chest, abdomen and back can be marvelous.
As always, keep your movement in the range of what is comfortable. If any of the positions called for are too much for you, modify the position and then imagine the parts that are unavailable. In the same way, feel free to experiment with imagining where your breath is going, and what is happening inside.
