Easier Bending While Sitting

A favorite of several of my students, these movement are done sitting in a chair. Very simple movements, done slowly, gently, and comfortably can increase the range of motion in the hip joint and the ease of the back. Be sure to go slowly and with a sense of curiosity. Especially when the movements are this easy, there is a tendency to go quickly and without attention. Avoid that impulse and enjoy the results that awareness can bring.
