This guided movement sequence explores the way you use yourself in walking and running. How do the movements of your feet begin the process that moves you through space? And how could you do that better and easier? If your feet or ankles are sore or if you want to improve the comfort and functionality of your running or walking, this is a good movement series for you.
You’ll be lying on your front side (your belly) during some of these movements. Gather whatever will keep you most comfortable before you begin – a pillow for under your chest, a hand towel to prop your neck or shoulder, etc.
