The Jaw, With Variations

Holding excess tension in your jaw can contribute to neck, shoulder, and back pain, as well as provoke headaches. Here is an easy lesson that builds from movements of your head and jaw, to a much more whole body movement. Be sure to keep the movements of your jaw small, and rest whenever you feel fatigue. Even if you only do 10% of the lesson, you will benefit.

This is a great lesson to move through or imagine if you have TMJ. Awareness heals!
