Lifting the Pelvis

This lesson explores lifting the pelvis off the ground while lying on your back. Some find this movement too strenuous, but many are surprised at how easy it can be. You can imagine whenever you want during the lesson, and of course, rest as needed. You’ll find the organization of your back and hips can change quickly and dramatically, and you may also notice some new functionality in your ribs, shoulders, and necks. There’s nothing like an unfamiliar position to accelerate improvement!
