Painting With the Feet

What can you organize with your feet? Hurrying around in your everyday life, you may not think much about how you move your feet – do they stomp, leap, slide? Even less do we think about the relationship between our ribs, lower back, hips and our feet. Surely, it’s a relationship we can improve.

This lesson speaks to the legs, back, and hips, but also to all of what you need for walking, standing, and other functions. Take your time and stay within the easiest part of your range of movement. You’ll be on both your back and your front on the floor, so gather whatever you need before you begin.
