This classic lesson uses imaginary pearls and movements of the eyes – hence, “Pearls and Eyes.” If the movement is uncomfortable, stop and rest. There are many movements our eyes can do that modern life doesn’t call for very often. And, if you wear glasses or contacts, the habits of our eyes may be even stronger.
There are a number of places in Pearls and Eyes where you may find that you didn’t do what you thought you did. If that happens, be kind to yourself. Think of it as another opportunity for learning!
