Pelvic Floor Function Workshop

The pelvic floor – we don’t think about it, we actively ignore it, conflicting emotions arise when our attention is drawn to it. But a healthy pelvic floor is essential, not just for sexual and elimination functions, but also for balance, gait, and foot and leg health. Here are four simple lessons that will help you to understand and organize the use of your pelvic floor. The movements are gentle and there are a lot of pauses and rests. If your only experience with intentional care of your pelvic floor is Kegel Exercises, you will be amazed at how much improvement and awareness you can get with much less effort.
