Ribs Rescue Package

The longer people play with Feldenkrais lessons, the more fascinated they are with ribs. I know it may sound imprecise or even wrong to say these lessons are focused on ribs. Of course, better organized ribs make shoulders, hips, backs and necks feel better. Here are some of my favorites:
