I have participated in 3 Feldenkrais guided movement series, 1 workshop, and 1 private session with Anita Noone.
I have experienced significantly greater comfort and use of my left knee.
I have also learned important techniques that contribute generally to safety, comfort, and efficiency in all aspects of my daily movement; e.g., sitting and rising from a chair, doing a pedicure in a way that is optimally kind to my back and knees; house cleaning; and doing laundry.
Thanks to Feldenkrais ideas, I find it very, very rewarding to practice scanning and checking in with my body throughout every single day regarding its comfort balance, and energy.
I am very grateful to Anita and the Feldenkrais Method.
